The secret to tasting bourbon like a professional is developing an acute sense, in both smell and taste, of isolated flavors. The more familiar you become with individual notes, such as nutmeg, malt or honey, the more accurately you can detect them when mixed in a complex profile of any bourbon.

The Buidealair Flavor Kit allows you to do just that, with 32 specific flavors that are important to detect when enjoying and assessing bourbon. Unlike aromatic-only kits that limit your experience to just one sense, our kit lets you engage both your nose and palate.

By focusing on each of these flavors separately, through repeated practice of smelling, tasting and matching the correct name for the note, you'll be able to quickly and accurately identify them when detected in sip - or two or three or more - of your bourbon.

The selection in the kit contains flavors that are dominant in bourbon, are important to know for accurate tasting skills, as well as unusual or off-notes that are key for comprehensive analyses.

Directions: Do not directly consume. Place 2 drops of flavor into 1 ounce of distilled water. Mix well. Store between 60-75 degrees Fahrenheit.
